Gazi Yasargil Award Lecture at the 2023 Neurosurgeons As Advocates Meeting this past April. He had the opportunity to discuss the innovative work being done in the field of neurosurgery here in Buffalo, and across the globe.
 
The Neurosurgeons As Advocates Conference is a four day scientific meeting that highlights the active role neurosurgeons play in patient health and advocacy. This year’s meeting was held at the Los Angeles Convention Center April 21-24th.
 
The conference was hosted by the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS), a scientific and educational association with more than 13,000 members worldwide. The AANS is dedicated to promoting and upholding the highest quality of patient care and works to advance the specialty of neurological surgery.
