Dr. Fahrbach joined UBNS in 2015. He received his BA of Science at the University of Vermont in 1997 and his Medical Doctorate from SUNY Update Medical University School of Medicine in 2001. His neurosurgical residency was completed at SUNY Buffalo in 2007, where he also completed an Endovascular Fellowship as well in 2006. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons.

Dr. Fahrbach treats the following problems associated with the spine; herniated & degenerative disk disease, spinal stenosis, facet syndromes, spinal infections and tumors. Dr. Fahrbach uses minimally invasive techniques and performs cervical disk arthroplasty to relieve pain and restore joint range of motion. He also treats intracranial pathology along with peripheral nerve problems.

Dr. Fahrbach is on staff at the Catholic Health System and Kaleida Health. He sees patients at our Comprehensive Neuroscience Center in Williamsville, NY.
